Dampak kerusakannya seperti Mega Tsunami, gempa bumi, gunung meletus di penjuru bumi dan hilangnya siang hari yang menjadi gelap selama bertahun-tahun, untuk anda yang selamat ia akan membunuh anda pelan-pelan. Hasilnya sekarang kita akan lihat kawah terbesar pada daerah - daerah dibelahan bumi lain yang pernah tertabrak asteroid, disusun berdasarkan diameter yang ditinggalkan.

10. Kawah Barringer, Arizona, Amerika Serikat

49.000 tahun lalu batu bintang ukurannya "hanya" 150 ft dan berat +/- 300.000 ton mengandung nikel dan besi dengan kecepatan 40.000 mil/jam menabrak bumi, hasil dari tabrakan meteor ini dapat dilihat 55 km sebelah timur Flasgaff, Arizona USA dinamakan kawah Barringer. Kawah ini adalah kawah terbaik yang terawetkan hingga sekarang, kekuatan yang dihasilkannya sama dengan letupan TNT 20 juta ton !

Hasilnya diameter 148 ft ( 45 m ) dengan kedalaman 175 m, diketemukan oleh Daniel Barringer pada tahun 1902 untuk pertambangan, sampai dengan hari ini kawah tersebut masih milik keluarga Barringer. Disebut juga Meteor Crater, Coon Butte, dan Canyon Diablo.

Berada di 30 km sebelah tenggara kota Kumasi, Ghana. Terkenal dengan Danau alam Bosumtwi padahal danau tersebut adalah dampak dari tabrakan meteor 1,3 juta tahun yang lalu.

Diameternya 10,6 km kedalaman 45 m. Hujan yang terus menerus menggenangi bekas tabrakan tersebut membuatnya terbentuk menjadi danau. Kepercayaan penduduk setempat danau tersebut adalah tempat dimana jiwa yang mati untuk menghadapkan kepada tuhannya Twi.

8.Deep Bay, Canada

Berada di Barat daya Danau di Saskatchewan, Kanada dengan lebar 13 km dan kedalaman 220 m terjadi sekitar 100 juta tahun yang lalu. Dilihat dari strukturnya, memang tabrakan yang maha dahsyat.

7. Aorounga impact crater, Chad

Aorunga adalah kawasan ketika sebuah meteorit sebesar 1 mil ( 1,6 km ) yang menabrak bumi sekitar 2 - 300 juta tahun yang lalu, di sebuah daerah di gurun Sahara sebelah utara Chad, Afrika, tabrakan tersebut dapat terjadi kira-kira 1 juta tahun sekali.

Sekitar 142 juta tahun lalu sebuah komet dengan lebar 22 km menghantam daratan Autralia, dengan kecepatan 40 km/detik, dapat disamakan dengan ledakan 22.000 megaton TNT, wow . . .hasil yangditinggalkan cukup mengesankan yakni memiliki diameter 24 km dengan kedalaman 5000 m.

5. Mistastin Lake, Canada

Berlokasi di Labrador, Kanada. Danau Mistastin adalah bentuk dari hasil Meteorit menabrak bumi, hasilnya sebuah lobang dengan diameter 28 km pun menganga di kulit bumi.

4. Clearwater lakes, Canada

Yang ini lebih dahsyat lagi, sekitar 290 juta tahun lalu asteroid kembar menghantam bumi dekat dengan pantai teluk Hudson Kanada, hasilnya lubang dengan diameter 32 km dari asteroid yang besar, dan 22 km dari asteroid yang kecil.

3. Kara-Kul, Tajikistan

Di suatu ketinggian 13.000 kaki (3.900 m ) diatas permukaan laut, terdapat Kara - Kul. juga dikenal sebagaiQarokul: 16 mil (25km) luas danau di Pegunungan Pamir di Tajikistan, dekat perbatasan Cina. Danau yang sebenarnya terletak dalam 28 mil (45km) luas lingkaran depresi, yang ditabrak batu bintang lebih dari 5 juta tahun lalu, Kara-kul hanya ditemukan baru-baru ini, melalui citra satelit.

Beruntung , Tuhan masih sayang sama hamba-hambanya walau perusakan di muka bumi ini masih terus terjadi, coba kalau Tuhan sudah murka, mungkin tabrakan tersebut dapat terjadi pada zaman manusia modern sekarang.

Minibus Tertelan Bumi

Kejadian aneh sekaligus memprihatinkan terjadi di jalan kota Guilin di wilayah Guangxi Zhuang, China. Sebuah minibus secara mendadak tertelan bumi ketika tengah berjalan. Dilansir Carbuzz, Jumat 8 Juni 2012, minibus berwarna silver yang tengah berjalan secara tiba-tiba terperosok ke dalam lubang dengan panjang 3,9 meter, lebar 2,4 meter dan kedalaman 1,8 meter di jalan kota Guilin. Kecelakaan ini melukai supir yang menjadi penumpang tunggal minibus tersebut. Sang supir yang tidak disebutkan namanya langsung dievakuasi dan dilarikan ke rumah sakit guna mendapatkan perawatan.

Dugaan awal penyebab terjadinya lubang ini akibat hujan lebat yang mengguyur wilayah tersebut dalam sepekan. Ini menyebabkan kontur tanah pada jalan tersebut melunak dan amblas. Kepolisian setempat masih melakukan penyelidikan apakah ada potensi terjadinya amblas lanjutan di daerah sekitar lokasi kejadian.

Lubang yang menganga di tengah jalan itu cukup mengganggu aktivitas penduduk lokal Guilin. Polisi pun memberikan garis pembatas untuk menghindari pengguna jalan lain mengalami kejadian serupa. Sumber.
